Signs include frequently tripping breakers, flickering lights, burning smells near the panel, an older panel (20+ years), or a panel that uses fuses instead of breakers. If you notice any of these, contact us right away for a safety assessment.

Warning signs include discolored outlets, warm switch plates, burning smells, buzzing sounds, lights that flicker frequently, or a home older than 40 years that hasn't been rewired. Our annual inspection (included with membership) is one of the best ways to stay ahead of wiring issues.

Power surges — caused by lightning, utility switching, or large appliances cycling on — can silently damage electronics, appliances, and HVAC systems over time.
